About
Chris Beck is the Senior Vice President of Turner Construction's New York Business Unit, overseeing preconstruction and construction management services for the New York Region. Throughout his career, Chris has held various roles, including Business Manager for Turner’s Somerset, New Jersey office, and launching the Interiors & Special Projects Division at Turner’s Houston office. He also served as Vice President and General Manager of Turner’s national risk management team, where he oversaw contractual and insurance risk analyses.
In 2012, Chris became Vice President and General Manager of Turner’s Philadelphia office. He was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2016, taking overall responsibility for Turner’s Pennsylvania-New Jersey offices. In 2019, he also assumed leadership of the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Chris serves on several boards, including the Carpenters Company of the City and County, the oldest builder’s guild in the nation, the New York Building Congress, and the Contractors' Association of Greater New York, Inc. (CAGNY).
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lafayette University.
