About
Chris has led a number of large scale projects in London, predominately in the office sector - most recently the ITV Building and 1 Victoria Street. Specialising in offices and working collaboratively and closely with design teams. His operational style allows costs to be readily understood and options appraised to ensure decisions are made with an optimum balance between cost and value.
Chris has written articles on the Well Building Standard and participated in research exploring the cost economics of carbon which has further supported his ability to deliver these complex schemes.
