Chris Radley
About
Chris has experience working on a range of workplace, leisure and hospitality projects at all design and construction stages. His portfolio includes projects of a variety of scales, both new-build and refurbishment. He has lead projects from feasibility through to construction, either working directly on specific areas or managing and giving direction to a project team.
Chris has worked on several award-winning buildings, including leading the design and development of the Brunel Building façade, which was recognized with a CTBUH Award of Excellence in 2022.
Chris has led the development of 55 Old Broad Street in the City of London through design competition, planning submission and into technical design. The 23-storey building will represent the new generation of London low-carbon, long-life workplaces.
An active member of the CTBUH’s Adaptive Reuse and Retrofit committee, Chris is involved across Fletcher Priest’s design research, including workplace, structural stone, and low-carbon innovation.
