About
Christophe Bilaine leads the Preconstruction and Purchasing department of Americaribe and BYME USA (Bouygues Construction Group) in charge of all projects for the U.S., Caribbean and Latin America. With over 20 years of experience in construction, his career has focused on developing innovative and collaborative design and estimating solutions for projects all over the globe. Throughout his career Christophe has been involved in selecting and coordinating architects, designers and consultants for Design and Build projects of varying budgets. His specialties include coordination of design at the conceptual and schematic stage, project budgeting from the conceptual to the design phase, value engineering coordination, and the coordination of joint venture partners. Most recently Christophe was involved on the preconstruction and procurement phases of several megaprojects including the [url=http://skyscrapercenter.com/complex/538]Brickell City Centre[/url], a mixed-use project in Downtown
