Cian’s architectural design approach is focused on people, with a deep commitment to the cultural, social and natural environment in which buildings are situated. At the center of his design process is the importance on the human experience of a building or place, with a strong belief that every development, whether new or refurbishment, must enhance and contribute to a city's overall character and improve the experiences of its residents. Cian’s respectful and collaborative relationship with clients and local authorities and partners allows him to resolve complex design issues and navigate challenging projects through the planning and design development stages. Cian champions sustainability in all his projects, creating architecture designed to solve problems for people, to engage them intellectually and socially, and to live in sustainable harmony with nature.
