Claire Bamber
About
Since joining AKT II in 2013, Claire has built substantial experience in the design and delivery of large-scale residential, commercial, higher education, and leisure developments across the UK and internationally. Her portfolio spans projects from early-stage design through to completion, including Highpoint – London’s first Build-to-Rent tower for Realstar – and Greystar’s Chapter London Bridge, both developed through an innovative partnership with Mace focused on prefabrication and efficiency. Claire has also delivered complex engineering solutions on schemes such as One Grosvenor Square, where the historic façade of the former Canadian Embassy was reconstructed over a new concrete frame, isolated from the London Underground infrastructure below. Most recently, Claire has led the delivery of 105 Victoria Street, a 46,000m² steel-framed commercial scheme in central London, and EDGE London Bridge – a 27-storey hybrid concrete and CLT tower with exposed exoskeleton bracing and a four-storey basement built using a top-down construction methodology.
