About
Zhuang Dan has been an executive director of the company since January 24, 2017. He has been the president of the company since September 2011. Zhuang is also the authorized representative and a member of the strategy committee of the company. He is primarily responsible for strategic development and planning, and day-to- day management of the Company. Mr. Zhuang Dan has more than 26 years of experience in the optical- fiber and cable industry.
He joined the company in March 1998 and served as assistant manager and manager of the finance department successively, from March 1998 to November 2001, and served as chief financial officer from November 2001 to September 2011. Zhuang obtained a bachelor’s degree in auditing from Wuhan University in July 1992, a master’s degree in accounting from Wuhan University in June 1995, a doctorate in accounting from Zhongnan University of Finance and Economics in June 1998, and a postdoctoral certificate in business administration from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in April 2001.
