I have 15+ years of experience in formwork, shoring and access systems for high-rise construction, specializing in aluminum formwork as a key enabler of structural cycle industrialization. I support contractors in the implementation and optimization of these systems to improve cycle time, increase productivity, reduce labor dependency, and enhance standardization, quality control and predictability on site.I was involved in the early adoption of aluminum formwork for high-rise buildings in Brazil, helping drive efficiency gains across landmark projects and supporting leading contractors and developers, including FG Empreendimentos, Procave, J.A. Russi and Cyrela. My work bridges engineering, planning and field execution to deliver faster, safer and higher-quality outcomes.
