Dave Kwiatkowski, Project Executive for C.D. Smith Construction, is overseeing construction of the Ascent timber tower project, as well as multiple other high-profile projects in Southeast Wisconsin. With 20 plus years of construction experience, Kwiatkowski also holds a bachelor of science degree in construction management from Milwaukee School of Engineering and certifications from the American Institute of Constructors, Dale Carnegie and Lean Construction Institute.
