About
David has witnessed from inside most phases of Buildings Development. As Structural Designer, Project Manager, Projects Director and, lately, as Main Contractor.
In his role of Director of Archteype Vietnam, he oversaw the teams designing and Project Managing the site works of several High-Rise projects in the country. In 2021, David joined Hoa Binh Construction Group, the largest fully Vietnamese contractor in Vietnam, builder of more than 100 towers in Vietnam and other South East Asian countries.
Currently, David is head of International Business of Hoa Binh Construction Group, currently developing 98 James Street, 32 stories residential tower in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, and with aggressive plans in this country, Australia, the Untied States and some European countries.
David holds a Master on Civil and Structural engineering by the UAX university in Madrid, and under all the roles explain above, he has participated in the design or construction of more than 20 towers over 25 and up to 48 stories.
