About
Dexter is one of the heads of Property and Asset Management in Thailand and also part of the JLL Global Premium Services Group. He has substantial experience partnering with clients on their township projects from the design stages, through to operation and on-going township management. The practical insights Dexter brings to any project are second to none. His experience working on landmark smart and sustainable mixed-use precincts (TOD, Prime Commercial, Retail, Convention, leisure & residential) around the world ensures access to best practice and getting ahead of the onset of new trends. Dexter has over 20 years of experience and understands all spectrums of the built environment from end user requirements to meeting financial outcomes and achieving optimum operational efficiencies. Dexter joined JLL in 2006 and is currently Head of Property and Asset Management for JLL in Thailand and leads a team of 1,500 employees implementing best practice solutions to all contracts. T
