He specializes in master-plan engineering, site analysis and design, infrastructure assessment and design, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design, stormwater management and treatment analysis and design, and regulatory permitting. DJ has over 26 years of experience working with owners, developers, public agencies, architects, construction contractors, design subcontractors, and various regulatory agencies and utility service companies.
