Ethan Yao has more than 10 years experience in the real estate industry which encumber design management, project management, and operations experience. Currently he is at China Resources Land leading design management team overseeing various projects in Shanghai, Jiangsu province, Zhejiang province and Anhui province across retail, office and hotel.
Prior to CRLand, during his 5 years engagement with Mapletree, he was a senior associate director participated in the design management of the company’s largest investment in China (US $920 million) a 500,000 square meter area of the mix-use complex project.
Prior before Mapletree, Ethan was working in Tesco Property UK and he was responsible for design management of Qingdao and Dalian Shopping mall.
Previously, after graduating from The Bartlett University College London (UCL), during his early 3 years of working in the UK, he participated and completed many large projects through full design stages across the UK and worldwide, covering commercial complexes, hotels, office and high-end residential.
