As structural engineer his qualifications include the design and detailing of structural systems for all types of facilities from foundation to superstructure, as well as extensive experience in alteration and rehabilitation projects of all types.
He also has experience as a member of condition survey teams for several major surveys.
Part of team for Emergency Response Plan helped in many post hurricane operations and 9/11 Emergency Response.
He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York, New Jersey, South Carolina, Delaware and Italy and SECB (Structural Engineering Certification Board).
