About
Yu Hui has been the executive director of RFR ASIA, with an extensive background in façade, structure, geometry, and parametric design. And he is also the winner of Murray Buxton of British Institution of Engineers 2014, and the Senior Member of Façade Experts Panel of China Architectural Association.
As an experienced structural engineer, Yu Hui who is the director of RFR ASIA, has completed several important projects worldwide, including the Glass Enclosure Railway Station in Strasbourg, Chaoyang Park with MAD Architect, Novartis Campus in Shanghai with 7 excellent architects, and Star Bund Center with Cesar Pelli Clark Peilli Architect, etc.
Also, he speaks regularly at university and industry events on subjects critical to the innovation of façade technology in China, and has published a book as the second author named Construction And Innovation Of Single Side Suspension Footbridge With Three Dimensional Curved Dule Decks, and several papers in practitioner journals in China and aboard, such as Façade With Innovation, Streaming Architectural Ideas to Build Structure, etc.
