About
Ian Lyon is the Vice President, Head of Development for the Asia Pacific region of Oxford Properties. Ian is responsible for the delivery of Oxford’s development strategies spanning all asset classes in the region. Ian joined Oxford in 2013 in the London office to lead on several major developments including London Wall Place and St James’s Market. Ian moved to Australia in early 2019 to help establish Oxford Properties in Australia. Ian works very closely with Investa and Hale Capital on delivery and execution of collaborative strategies and jointly with other partners across the region.
