About
Isabella is an Associate in the Hines Asset Management team and works on Hines UK mixed use city center assets. Isabella focuses on developing and implement value-add strategies for assets under management and delivering innovative mixed-use projects. A key focus is integrating ESG in the whole building life cycle to meet Hines commitment to a net zero carbon target by 2040 without buying offsets. Hines has created an extensive portfolio through development, acquisitions, renovations and asset management across sectors. Highlights include Grainhouse, 80 New Bond Street and 18 Blackfriars Road.
Isabella graduated from the University of Leeds in 2016 having studied Politics and achieved her MSc in Real Estate from the University College of Estate Management whilst working full time at Knight Frank. She was at Knight Frank for four years with experience in valuations and agency working across a range of asset types.
