About

Dr. Issam has more than 34 years of practical design experience as projects director, designer and team leader, mainly in the Gulf region (Kuwait, U.A.E., Qatar). His varied architecture and urbanism experience gives a broad project control and leadership. He has many architectural touches/themes for many projects in Dubai designed by him mainly Dubai Marina and JLT districts. Currently, he is the Project Director / Principal Design Architect for M/s National Engineering Bureau in Dubai, holding a rich portfolio in designing prestigious projects. He has completed his PhD study in Public urban squares/ spaces and sustainable communities.
