About
James is an accomplished architect with 30 years of global design experience, including over two decades in the Middle East. He currently serves as a Director and 2IC to the CEO of PNC Architects, a 1400 strong consultant arm to Sobha Realty in Dubai, where he oversees design leadership, project delivery, company strategy and R & D across the Middle East. Throughout his career, James has been instrumental in driving architectural excellence and has been nominated for several prestigious industry awards in recognition of his innovative contributions. He leads the firm’s internal Research and Development group along with other initiatives such as Sobha 70:70; which seeks to make 70% of construction off site and 70% of that off-site work to be automated. James has played a central role in PNCA and Sobha’s evolution toward larger, more complex towers and masterplans.
