About
Javier Martinez de la Riva is a highly experienced executive in the elevator and escalator industry, with over two decades of leadership at the world’s largest manufacturers and service providers. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Major Projects and EOX Growth for Europe Africa at TK Elevator, where he leads strategic initiatives focused on operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth across diverse markets.
Prior to joining TK Elevator, Javier held several senior roles, including Executive Director of Sales and Marketing for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA); New Equipment and Service Sales Director for South Europe & Africa (SEMA); and Services Sales Management Director in Spain. He also served as Managing Director for Central Europe, overseeing operations in six countries—Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, and Bulgaria—and as Regional Manager in Spain, where he managed a large portfolio and workforce.
Javier brings a deep understanding of the elevator sector and a proven ability to design and implement efficient, client-centric strategies.
