Jay Shah is an accomplished architect who has been at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industries. With over 15 years of experience in leading large-scale projects around the world, Jay has successfully blended architectural expertise with advanced technology to drive innovation in real estate.
As the founder of Kaizen AI, Jay has overseen the development of more than 150 global projects, achieving over USD 5.4 billion in tangible profitability. His extensive knowledge of AI, BIM, and emerging technologies has positioned Kaizen AI as a leader in optimizing value, enhancing design, and ensuring sustainability in large-scale developments.
In his role as Director of Access Architects, Jay has consistently driven architectural innovation, delivering iconic and sustainable projects that resonate with both clients and communities. As a Non-Executive Partner at AXS Design, he played a key role in acquiring Yann Leroy Architects in Paris and Studio Aria in Bangkok, combining local expertise with global design excellence.
Jay’s work has been recognized with numerous accolades and featured in prestigious publications such as Khaleej Times and The Real Deal. His contributions to the field have earned him awards including "Emerging Architect of India" and recognition for Kaizen AI as "Startup of the Year" by NAREDCO and Economic Times.
