About
Jeremy Mayhew, MRICS, is a construction project manager, currently the Engineer to the Contract for the Waterfront Integrated Resort project in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The project is a major mixed-use development in the city center, incorporating the Cinnamon Life 800-bed luxury hotel, retail mall, and conference/exhibition/banquet facilities, together with two residential towers and one office tower.
Mayhew is founder and Director of JRMI, a UK-based firm specializing in developing and implementing strategies for the successful design and construction of major building and engineering projects, together with dispute avoidance/resolution and negotiation services. He has extensive international experience in all aspects of construction, through the entire process, on both the client/developer and contractor sides. Mayhew is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor by discipline, a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and serves as a member of the CTBUH EDI Committee and the Developer and Cost Management Assemblies.
