About
Jeremy Mayhew MRICS is a construction project manager, who has extensive international experience in all aspects of construction, through the entire process, having worked on both the client/developer and contractor sides Jeremy was the Engineer to the Contract on the Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams resort project in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The project is a major mixed-use development in the city center, incorporating an 800-bed luxury hotel, retail mall, and conference/exhibition/banquet facilities, together with two residential towers and one office tower.
Jeremy is founder and Director of JRMI, a UK-based firm specializing in providing project and commercial management services, together with identifying and implementing strategies for project recovery, dispute resolution/negotiation, and for the successful design and construction of major building and engineering projects, together with dispute avoidance/resolution and negotiation services. Jeremy is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor by discipline, is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, member of the CVU Advisory Group, Chair of the CVU Cost Assembly and serves as a member of the CVU Inclusive Excellence Committee.
