About
The Otis High Rise Center in Shanghai serves Otis high-rise customers in China and global markets. Offering consultancy and coordination that spans solution design, contract engineering, supply chain management and field installation, the Center provides full value chain support for major high-rise projects around the world. As Operations Director, Jim Tian leads the Otis High Rise Center to satisfy customer needs and ensure quality delivery of products, solutions, technologies and services.
Jim joined Otis in 2007, taking positions of increasing responsibility in electrical engineering, product development, quality and field operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and automation from Changchun Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in controls engineering from Tianjin University.
