As Principal of Alchemy Properties, Joel Breitkopf is involved in all aspects of property development and investment, from acquisition, finance, design, and construction, to marketing and strategic planning. A veteran of the real estate industry since 1986, Joel has been instrumental in his role at Alchemy Properties, which has developed or re-developed over thirty buildings in New York City, valued at over $2 Billion. Joel has lectured at the Yale University School of Architecture and the University of Pennsylvania Wharton Graduate School of Business, and has been an Adjunct Professor at New York University’s Master’s Program in Real Estate.
