John Fleming is chairman and founder of Tide and Vision. With a long and prolific career in construction and contracting, John has been instrumental in the advancement of volumetric construction in the UK through his leadership of development and contracting company, Tide, and its manufacturing technology, Vision.
Tide is an offsite specialist that uses modern methods of construction to deliver high quality housing and hotels. Vision is the fully accredited technology used on Tide’s volumetric buildings.
Through John’s culture of constantly challenging himself and his team to go further, Tide and Vision have broken the limits of volumetric construction by delivering seven of the world’s ten tallest volumetric buildings, including 50-storey College Road in London.
