About
John Lione is a Partner at alinea, providing expert cost advice to the construction sector.
John commenced his career on St George Wharf Tower in Central London and has since worked on high rise urban densification schemes across London. In addition to the residential experience John has also delivered tall buildings for the hospitality and residential sectors in the Middle East. Currently John is focussing on various tall residential schemes in the City of London.
John has contributed to research work for the CTBUH regarding international measurement standards and is the current Chair of the Cost Assembly.
