About
Kenneth Kwan serves as Chairman of RLB’s North Asia region responsible for Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China and South Korea offices. He has been a member of the Global Board since its formation in 2007.
Joining RLB in 1986, Kenneth has excelled in delivering high profile projects in the public and private sector throughout Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, Singapore, Cambodia and Taiwan. Among his professional achievements, he is an accomplished quantity surveyor and earned his qualification as a Chartered Surveyor in 1989.
Kenneth has served as Chairman of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Hong Kong from 2011 to 2013, and has been the Chairman of its Asia Quantity Surveying Professional Group from 2012 to 2018. He is now a board member of the Institution’s Asia Pacific World Regional Board.
Kenneth is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and a China Registered Cost Engineer. He received a scholarship from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, for his scholastic achievements during his study at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
