About

Kimberly Garcia is a Senior Director for Design & Construction at Tishman Speyer and is currently the Design and Development Executive responsible for aiding JPMorgan Chase with the Repositioning of JPMorgan’s former 1.2 million sf Headquarters Building (Bear Sterns) at 383 Madison Avenue.

As JPMorgan Chase’s development manager Kimberly is also responsible for the Façade and enclosure for JPMorgan’s global headquarters project at 270 Park Avenue.
Most recently she was responsible for Design management of The Spiral (66 Hudson Blvd) as well as other new development and expansion projects within Tishman Speyer’s portfolio.

Before Joining Tishman Speyer, Kimberly was a technical designer at FXFOWLE Architects, formally Fox & Fowle, for over 10 years where she was involved in such in projects such as The New York Times HQ ,Eleven Times Square and the Javits Convention Center before transitioning to Skidmore Owings and Merrill where as technical director she led a range of new development and repositioning projects including Manhattan West Masterplan and the North East tower of Manhattan West with Brookfield Properties. Other mixed use projects such as New School University, Barnard college, the USDOT HQ in Cambridge for GSA, and UAE Mission to the UN has broadened her building experience and knowledge.

Throughout her career she has gravitated to the design and implementation of building enclosures and sits on the Board of directors for our Façade Tectonics institute. Kimberly is a Licensed architect and LEED Accredited professional.
