With over 20 years of experience in business development, Kyla has built and nurtured strong client relationships while supporting RWDI’s Climate and Performance Engineering work worldwide. She has played a key role in hundreds of iconic projects, including the Burj Khalifa, Taipei 101, The Well, 432 Park Avenue, Petronas Towers, Central Park Tower, CIBC Square, Rogers M City Condos, Barangaroo South, Madison Square Garden, Pearl River Tower, and many more.
Kyla excels at fostering collaboration between project management teams and clients, seamlessly connecting them with the right people and resources to meet their needs and drive business success. Her passion, enthusiasm, and positive energy make her a valued partner to both clients and colleagues. She has consistently strengthened business strategies, driven revenue growth, and cultivated lasting client relationships. She also serves on the CTBUH Toronto Chapter board and remains deeply engaged in the A/E/C industry.
Beyond her professional work, Kyla is an active volunteer at RWDI, leading corporate social responsibility initiatives that connect offices across the globe.
