Mark is a licensed professional engineer in multiples states in the U.S. and has been LEEDtm accredited professional, since 2002. is highly respected for his expertise in the planning and design of high rise and mixed use properties. Mark brings a pragmatic approach to delivering high performing real estate assets and is sought after for his proficiency in engineering healthy and energy efficient buildings. He is a leader in many professional organizations, including having served on the Board and as President of the State of New Jersey Chapter of American Society of Heating Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
