Matthé is the global leader for Performance Driven Engineering at Arcadis. He has worked at the firm for over 25 years and has more than three decades experience of leading complex engineering projects in multiple locations across the globe including Europe, Zambia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
Matthé connects closely with the Arcadis passion to improve quality of live. He supports this by ensuring that Arcadis’ design teams embrace sustainable principles and look to achieve a perfect symbiosis between the built and natural environments.
Matthé holds a degree in civil engineering from the Delft University of Technology.
