About

Matthew Chisholm’s 20+ year career in commercial real estate has provided him the opportunity to engage in the design consultancy, marketing and leasing of over 3 million square meters of premium grade office buildings in the APAC region.

He has been involved in campaigns for several of the tallest buildings in Asia during his time as head of the Landlord Consulting team for CBRE in Shanghai and Beijing, including Shanghai Tower, Shanghai WFC, Sinar Mas Center and China World Trade Centre Tower 3. He has also held regional leadership positions with CapitaLand & WeWork in developing thought leadership and early adoption of “Space as a Service” and “Building Activation” concepts which are currently supporting ESG and amenitisation trends in the commercial real estate landscape.

Currently based in Bangkok, Thailand with CBRE; Matthew is appointed to support significant mixed use development projects including One Bangkok, One City Centre and Park Silom. Matthew is passionate about the built environment and its direct role in driving operational performance, community engagement and improving the quality of life for all.
