About
Matthew Khoo is the the Deputy Managing Director at ICD Property. His current role has him working closely with the Director of Operations overseeing all of ICD's projects and working on the company’s future strategy and funding requirements.
Matthew undertook his studies at the University of Melbourne where he received Honours in all three of his degrees - Bachelor of Property & Construction, Bachelor of Commerce and Masters of Applied Finance.
Before joining the team at ICD Property, Matthew had a background in real estate advisory and property development finance. He started his career at Jones Lang LaSalle in the Research and Consulting Team, moved on to the Maquarie Bank Grou,, then spent nearly four years at ANZ within the Institutional Property Group, specialising in providing debt funding for development and investment properties to large private and institutional clients.
