Mayank Desai brings over 35 years of professional experience, including more than 32 years in the elevator industry, where he has held diverse leadership roles across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Administration. He has been associated with TK Elevator (formerly ThyssenKrupp Elevator) for over two decades, currently serving as the Senior Vice President for New Installation (NI) Sales and Marketing. Over the years, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s sales strategies and driving commercial growth across India. Mayank holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a degree in Production Engineering from Fr. Agnel Technical College. Known for his strong customer-centric approach, commitment to safety, and belief in trust-based leadership, he also actively engages in industry discussions, including forums such as GLE Expo, where he has spoken on IoT-enabled and data-driven elevator solutions.
