About
Dr. Mehmet Sakin is a civil engineer and the founding executive director at BIM4TURKEY Association, which is the pioneer center for transforming the Turkish construction industry. He leads the digital transformation in the construction industry that includes creating a roadmap for large-scale construction projects and extending the BIM implementation into the country’s overall construction policy, education, and practices.
Also, he leads the R&D at GENX company and focuses on innovative construction methods. He currently holds an Assistant Professor position in the Civil Engineering Department at Hasan Kalyoncu University.
