About
Melissa is the Director of Workplace Experience and Design for Scotiabank with oversight of Workplace and Real Estate Strategies. Her team is also responsible for setting global workplace portfolio standards, inclusive of DEI commitments in the built environments. Melissa is also the design lead on W4 the Workplace Transformation COE which is part internal consulting agency, part transformation and Innovation hub. Holding a degree in Interior Design and a Master of Corporate Real Estate, Melissa proves it is possible to meet the goals and needs of both the shareholders and those interacting with our Scotia spaces with a distinctly human-centric design approach.
