Michael joined Frasers in January 2003 as Project Director, responsible for managing the Design Excellence Competition, Authority Approvals, Design Development and Tender Process for the Regent Place Development, incorporating 145 Apartments for Fraser Suites and 456 apartments within the Lumiere Residences together with basement parking and Retail Podium. Since Michael is involved in the former CUB site, now known as Central Park. As Project Director, Michael has lead the design teams in preparing the Concept Plan Modification for the overall site as well as Project Applications for Blocks 1 & 4 being a 73,000m2 Commercial offices, Block 2 being the iconic Atelier Jean Nouvel residential tower and retail podium containing 623 apartments as well as the overall Site Infrastructure incorporating a water recycling plant and a tri-generation plant. Whilst undertaking the design and approvals process, Michael has also managed the Demolition and Remediation contracts. As Project Director,
