About
AS+GG Director and Senior Architect Michelle Swanson, AIA has been with the firm for 13 years.
As a Team Leader she has worked on many of the firm’s most iconic projects including Al Wasl Plaza, the centerpiece for the Dubai Expo 2020; Astana Expo City 2017, a 174-hectare architectural and master planning project in Kazakhstan; and Jeddah Tower, the next tallest building in the world now under construction in Saudi Arabia.
Most recently she was a Project Architect for a new mixed-use tower in Toronto. and she also worked on the award-winning Chicago Architecture Center, Chicago's premiere nonprofit cultural organization that offers tours, exhibitions, programs, and events for all ages.
Prior to joining AS+GG in 2012, Michelle was a Project Architect and Environmental Designer at Goettsch Partners and Project Architect and Digital Design Specialist at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, both in Chicago.
