As the co-president of Jinke group, Mingfu Fang is in charge of R&D, design, engineering, business, marketing, brand, customer service, service and design for the company. He has helped shape the strong brand influence of Jinke in China, which has been ranked among the ""Top 500 Chinese enterprises"" and ""Top 30 Chinese Real Estate Brand Values"" for many years, and was selected as ""Forbes Global Enterprise"" in 2018. Fang is also the director of Chongqing Human Settlements Technology Innovation Center, leading the pioneering planning theory and technology application of ""life building"". He is often invited to participate in BBS at home and abroad, such as Tianjin, Davos, BBS, Hainan boao BBS, etc., and delivers keynote speeches.
