About
Since January 2020, Mounib is developing the real estate projects of Al Nahla Trading and Contracting Company in KSA, namely the Golden Triangle in Jeddah a major mixed-use destination, the Taif Park des Rochers Resort and Rukn EL Noor mixed use project in Madina. He also sits on the Board and Executive committee of South Jeddah Development Fund and the Jeddah Rose Development Fund. Mounib is also an advisor and a board member of Golden Coast Company and ARCO Company in Egypt. From 2013 to 2020, he held the position CEO of JEC, the owner and developer of the Jeddah Economic City a mixed-use mega project, home to Jeddah Tower the Tallest Tower in the world and the JEC Shopping Mall and Water Body the largest in the Middle East. From 1995 to 2013, he worked as Deputy General Manager for Solidere, the owner and developer of the flagship project of Downtown Beirut, and in 2006 he led the team that established Solidere International Ltd (“SI”), a city maker, place maker, and developer
