Since January 2020, Mounib is developing the real estate projects of Al Nahla Trading and Contracting Company in KSA, namely the Golden Triangle in Jeddah a major mixed-use destination, the Taif Park des Rochers Resort and Rukn EL Noor mixed use project in Madina. He also sits on the Board and Executive committee of South Jeddah Development Fund and the Jeddah Rose Development Fund. Mounib is also an advisor and a board member of Golden Coast Company and ARCO Company in Egypt.

From 2013 to 2020, he held the position CEO of JEC, the owner and developer of the Jeddah Economic City a mixed-use mega project, home to Jeddah Tower the Tallest Tower in the world and the JEC Shopping Mall and Water Body the largest in the Middle East.

From 1995 to 2013, he worked as Deputy General Manager for Solidere, the owner and developer of the flagship project of Downtown Beirut, and in 2006 he led the team that established Solidere International Ltd (“SI”), a city maker, place maker, and developer that focuses on creating ‘Places for Life’. From 2006 until 2013, he was an Executive Board Member and the Chief Operating Officer of SI, Executive Board Member and CEO of Solidere Saudi Arabia, General Manager and Director of City Makers Company, the operational arm of SI and the Managing Director and Board Member of Solidere Egypt.

Holder of a master’s degree in business administration from the American University of Beirut, Mounib has over 35 years’ experience in city making, land development, real estate development, development of shopping malls and the development of touristic destinations.

Mounib has an extensive knowledge of MENA Region and is well known in the real estate industry in the Middle East where he enjoys many friendships and professional relationships. He has also established several real estate development funds in Saudi Arabia and public private partnerships in Ajman UAE, KSA and Monaco.

From 1980 to 1995, he was Deputy General Manager of Lebanon & Gulf Bank SAL, Managing Director of the International Banking Unit, in Cyprus and until June 2019 he was a director on the Board of Lebanon Gulf Bank SAL.

Since 2014, Mounib is a Trustee on the Board of Trustees of the Chicago based Council of Tall Towers and Urban Habitat.
