About
Mourad consider a high rise construction expert with strong structural engineering and geotechnical engineering background and solid high rise experience, as Mourad is the Founder and Managing Director in the field of high rise construction management, previously he worked as construction manager, construction superintendent, and construction engineer, manage and supervise construction teams, sub-contractors, and suppliers from planning and pre-construction phase to occupancy phase, he also does in detail drawings reviews, BIM modeling, creates detailed construction schedules and budgets and provide technical solutions for any complex constructability problem, issues, and conflicts, also he provides values engineering and cost savings proposals, Mourad built several high rise projects with $2B combined budget and very complex construction process, in megacities as such Vancouver, Dubai, Doha and Cairo, for lead developers.
Mourad currently studying for a Master's degree in construction management at Arizona state university, as well he's is a LEED GA, EIT EBC, GSI CCA and a member of SAVE international.
