About
Murray Middleton is Head of Development for AMP Capital’s Office and Mixed Use real estate portfolio, which includes the Quay Quarter Sydney development at Circular Quay. Middleton has more than 35 years’ experience in the property industry, including leading a number of high-profile Australian and international projects.
His experience spans the property development spectrum, from deal origination and project conceptualization, to project structuring, financing, sales, marketing, turnkey design and construction.
Middleton’s ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary development, design and construction teams on large and complex projects to meet challenging commercial parameters is well-proven. A successful track record in property development and project delivery across office, retail and residential markets has culminated in Middleton holding senior executive roles in both the construction and development sectors. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Civil Engineering and a Graduate Diploma of Management.
