About
Naomi Patadungan is JLL Head of Property and Asset Management Department with 30 years of experience in property and asset management. She joined JLL in 1996 and started her career as the Property Manager and has managed a variety of Properties: including Office (commercial) towers, Retail Projects, and Estates. In 2016 she was promoted to Head of Department for Property Management Services / Real Estate Management Services / REMS of JLL Indonesia. She manages the real estate property assets which include design review, building set-up, building operation, building development, facility upgrade and efficiency initiatives, building administration, tenancy relations, tenant renewal, finance and accounting aspects, project budgeting, and green certification.
