About
As Vice-General Manager of CITIC HEYE Investment (Beijing) Co., LTD, Dr Luo Nengjun is responsible for the overall planning and operation control of project management, design, construction of the CITIC Headquarters Building (528 meters), which will become the tallest building in Beijing once it is completed.
Dr. Luo Nengjun is a Trustee of Construction Economy Affiliated Society of ASC. He received his doctoral degree in Management of Science and Engineering from Tongji University and had postdoctoral research experience in Business Administration at Fudan University.
He has been engaged in many renowned Chinese supertall building projects including the Shanghai World Finance Center (492 meters), and Tianjin 117 Tower (597 meters).
Dr Luo Nengjun has been promoting the development and innovation of construction management for high-rises in China, and moving forward the application of BIM on supertall building projects from the perspective of project management during the period of construction and operation. He created a technical guide of BIM application as a team leader, and applied BIM into a full lifecycle of CITIC Headquarters. As a member of an expert committee, he participated in the research and practice on BIM application standards, which was led by Tsinghua University and City Planning Department of Beijing.
