About
Nick Acton-Adams is the Vice President - Design for Brookfield Properties in Dubai, overseeing the design and development of projects across the Middle East and beyond. With over 20 years of real estate experience spanning Australasia, Europe, North America, and the Middle East, Nick's career is rooted in a diverse background in Architecture, Master Planning, Interior Design, and Development Management. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture (First Class Honours) from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. His expertise includes the commercial, residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and master planning sectors. Notable projects in which Nick has played a key role include Brookfield Place Calgary, 100 Bishopsgate in London, and Brookfield Place Perth Tower 2. In addition to his professional responsibilities, Nick serves as Vice-Chairman of the CTBUH Middle East Regional Hub, where he actively contributes to the regional architectural and real estate development community.
