She is a passionate Architect and Urban Designer with a unique blend of creative expertise and strategic acumen. With 18 years of experience spanning vibrant regions like India, the USA, and the Middle East, her journey has been a dynamic exploration of the world's architectural tapestry.
Her academic pursuits include an MBA in Project Management, which enables Padmini to seamlessly bridge the gap between visionary design and flawless execution.
Padmini isn't just an accomplished professional; she's a staunch advocate for women's empowerment and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the field.
