I commenced my lift industry career with KONE in 1988 whereby I spent 26 years working in a number of roles including design, engineering, estimating, sales support and sales predominantly in the major projects environment both here in the UK and supporting a number of key projects globally. I am proud of how the London skyline transformed during this period and being fortunate enough to be involved with the vertical transportation in many of the iconic high rise London buildings constructed today. My career highlight was being a key member of the KONE sales team that secured the VT package for the Kingdom Tower in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia that was due to be the tallest building in the world at 1km high.

Subsequently, I spent 7 years with Schindler in the capacity of Sales Engineering Manager and Project Director for the UK Large Projects Hub before moving to TKE in 2021 where I held the position of Head of New Installation Sales reintroducing the TKE brand into the UK new installation market.

As of October 2024, I took up the role of Sales Director, Major Projects for Fujitec where we are focusing on expanding the Fujitec brand into the UK major projects market.

I am currently a Principal Author of the Lift & Escalator Component chapter of CIBSE Guide D : 2020 and the forthcoming 2025 versions.
