Paul is an Associate, Project Manager, and Designer whose work is driven by a deep commitment to the development of healthy mixed-use communities and the human side of design. With broad experience spanning design and construction in Canada and the UK, Paul approaches each project with a focus on fostering meaningful connections between people, places, and history. Drawing inspiration from cultural heritage and the identity of place, Paul has contributed to numerous residential mixed-use and public realm projects, including the award-winning sθәqәlxenәm ts’exwts’áxwi7 (Rainbow Park).
Paul’s diverse architectural experience encompasses projects of various scales, from conception to completion. His hands-on approach and ongoing construction involvement has provided him with a practical understanding of construction, enabling him to design with both creativity and technical precision. While Paul’s recent work has focused on contemporary design, his early career included the conservation of historic buildings on sensitive sites. He remains deeply interested in the interplay between historic and modern construction, striving to create spaces that honor the past while embracing the future.
