Paul Paradis
About
Since arriving at Hines in 1989, Paul Paradis has contributed to the acquisition and development of more than 14 million square feet of commercial real estate. These projects include the acquisition of numerous San Francisco towers including 101 Second, 50 Fremont, 505 Montgomery, 55 Second, and 405 Howard. He directed all development activity related to the 700,000-square-foot 560 Mission project in downtown San Francisco and the 600,000-square-foot Pleasanton Corporate Commons in Pleasanton. Mr. Paradis was responsible for entitlement, disposition and development activities for up to 1.5 million square feet of The Gateway in South San Francisco and the 260,000-square-foot Cherry at Bayhill project in San Bruno. Mr. Paradis recently led the entitlement and development of the 1.4 million square foot Salesforce Tower in partnership with Boston Properties. Mr. Paradis earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard College in 1986.
